Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Not from the dashboard at the moment. Turn off auto-renewal and choose a different plan when your current term ends, or email support@mycleanone.com. Switching plans does not generate a credit or refund for the current term.
What payment methods work?
All major credit/debit cards and UPI via Razorpay. Enterprise invoicing on request.
Is there a free tier?
The installer is a free download, and smart scan and basic cleanup work without a licence. Paid features require an active paid licence. We do not offer a free trial of paid features.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All MyCleanOne licences are final and non-refundable. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your dashboard so future charges stop; your licence stays active until the end of the current term. See our Cancellation & refund policy for details.
