SECTION 01

30-day money-back guarantee.

We offer a full refund on qualifying subscriptions purchased directly from us within 30 days of purchase.

100% refund
We refund the full price of your then-current subscription term — no deductions.
30 days to claim
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a cancellation and refund.
Direct purchases only
Applies to subscriptions purchased directly from us via our online store or Google Play.
EULA amendment right
If we amend the EULA and you object within 30 days, you can cancel for a pro-rated refund.
We also allow you to cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for the unexpired portion of your subscription term if we notify you of an amendment to the End User License Agreement (EULA) and you object to that amendment within 30 days of the notice.

Regional variations.

Residents of certain regions have additional or extended refund rights beyond the standard policy.

Germany, Netherlands & UK
Annual subscriptions — initial purchase
  • Eligible for a full refund if requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
Annual subscriptions — each renewal
  • Full refund under our 30-day Money Back Guarantee if requested within 30 days of being charged.
  • After 30 days: a pro-rated refund of the days remaining in your renewed term, starting the month after your request.
Trial subscriptions
  • If a payment method is required to start a free trial and you do not cancel before it ends, the first-year fee and each annual renewal are eligible for:
  • Full refund within 30 days of being charged, or a pro-rated refund after the 30-day window.
Quebec residents
Annual subscriptions — initial purchase
  • Full refund under our 30-day Money Back Guarantee if requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • After 30 days: a pro-rated refund of the days remaining in your current subscription term.
Annual subscriptions — each renewal
  • Full refund within 30 days of being charged.
  • After 30 days: a pro-rated refund of the days remaining in the renewed subscription term.
SECTION 03

How to request a cancellation.

If you qualify, follow these three steps to cancel your subscription and receive your refund.

This process applies to subscriptions purchased directly from us through our online retail store or Google Play. For third-party reseller purchases, contact the reseller directly.
STEP 01
Find your confirmation email
Locate the purchase confirmation or invoice we sent you directly. It will tell you which MyCleanOne company to contact and the information you need to provide.
STEP 02
Email our support team
Send your request to support@mycleanone.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We respond within two business days.
STEP 03
Receive your refund
Once verified, your subscription is terminated and the full amount is returned to your original payment method.
SECTION 04

Restrictions & limitations.

The following purchases are not eligible for a cancellation or refund under this policy.

Purchased more than 30 days ago
Refunds are not granted if you completed the purchase more than 30 days before your request.
Physical media (CD, DVD)
No refunds on physical media unless the medium itself is defective.
Fully performed services
Services that were fully performed before your refund request are not eligible.
Recent prior refund (6-month rule)
No refund is granted within 6 months of receiving a refund for any prior purchase of the same product.
High-usage VPN / communications
Communications or VPN solutions used to upload/download more than 10 GB, or used to connect more than 100 times.
EULA violations
No refunds if you have violated our End User License Agreement in relation to the product.
Physical stores, iTunes & other resellers
Contact the reseller directly. We do not grant refunds for purchases not made through our own online store or Google Play.
Resellers, distributors & channel partners
Refunds are available only if your Reseller, Distribution, or Channel Partner Agreement explicitly grants that right. Review your agreement before requesting a refund.
SECTION 05

EU dispute resolution.

EU consumers who purchased online from one of our EU-based companies have access to an additional dispute resolution channel.

European Commission ODR Platform

If you are a consumer living in the EU and purchased online from one of our EU-based companies, you may be entitled to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform to resolve disputes outside of court.
