MyCleanOne licences are non-refundable and we do not offer a free trial of any paid plan. This page explains how subscriptions, auto-renewal, and cancellations work so there are no surprises at checkout.

What you need to know before you buy a MyCleanOne licence.

All sales are final
Every licence — monthly, quarterly, or yearly — is non-refundable, in whole or in part.
No free trial
We do not offer a free trial of any paid plan. Paid features require a paid licence.
Subscriptions auto-renew
Recurring plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel renewal.
Cancel renewal anytime
Disable auto-renewal from your dashboard at any time. Future charges stop; the current term continues.
No returns, no refunds, no exchanges. Once a licence is issued and your payment is captured, the sale is final. This applies to monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans alike. Please review your plan and billing cycle carefully before completing checkout.
SECTION 02

How auto-renewal works.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically so your protection doesn't lapse. You stay in control of when renewal stops.

  • We charge your saved payment method at the start of each new billing cycle, at the price in effect on the renewal date.
  • We email you a receipt for every renewal charge.
  • If a renewal charge fails, we may retry the payment a small number of times before suspending the licence.
  • Cancelling auto-renewal stops future charges. It does not end the current Membership Term and does not refund the current term.
One-time (non-recurring) licence purchases do not auto-renew. They simply expire at the end of the Membership Term, and you can choose whether to buy a new licence.
SECTION 03

How to cancel auto-renewal.

Cancelling takes about a minute and is completed entirely from your dashboard.

STEP 01
Open Billing in your dashboard
Sign in at mycleanone.com and open the Billing section to see your active subscriptions and licences.
STEP 02
Disable auto-renewal
Use the cancel-renewal action next to the subscription you no longer want to renew. We send a confirmation email immediately.
STEP 03
Keep using through the term
Your licence stays active until the end of the current Membership Term. After that, the licence becomes inactive — no further charges and no refund of fees already paid.
SECTION 04

What “all sales final” means in practice.

We do not issue refunds in any of the situations below. If you are unsure whether MyCleanOne is right for you, please contact support before purchasing — we are happy to answer questions about features, system requirements, and licensing.

Change of mind
Once a licence is issued, the purchase is final. We do not refund a licence because you changed your mind or no longer want it.
Unused subscription time
Cancelling auto-renewal does not generate a credit or pro-rated refund for unused days remaining in the current term.
Accidental purchases
Duplicate or accidental purchases are not refunded. Please confirm the plan and billing cycle before completing checkout.
Auto-renewal charges
Renewal charges are issued automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Cancel renewal before the next billing date to stop future charges.
EULA violations
If we suspend or terminate a licence because the End User Licence Agreement was breached, no refund is due for any unused portion of the term.
Reseller and channel purchases
If you purchased a licence through a reseller, distributor, or third-party marketplace, refund eligibility (if any) is governed solely by that seller's terms — not ours.
SECTION 05

Mandatory statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer right that applies to you under the mandatory law of your country or region.

Where the law overrides this policy

If applicable mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires us to offer a refund, withdrawal right, or other remedy that we cannot lawfully exclude, we will honour that right strictly to the extent legally required. Where you purchased a licence through a reseller or a third-party marketplace (for example, an app store), refund eligibility is governed by that seller's terms — please contact them directly.

For any other situation not covered by mandatory law, our no-refund policy applies.
