MY PERSONAL INFO
Do not sell or share my information.
Your controls over how MyCleanOne treats your personal information, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) opt-out.

SECTION 01
How to opt out.
There are two ways to instruct us not to sell or share your information.
Cookie preferences
Access the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of our websites at any time. You can also change cookie settings directly in your browser to communicate your preferences to us.
Direct contact
To opt out of situations that do not involve cookies, use our contact form at www.mycleanone.com/contactus or email support@mycleanone.com with your request.
support@mycleanone.comNote: We do not maintain this data in a way that allows us to link the information to your email address, so we cannot opt you out directly via email alone.
SECTION 02
Why we provide the "Do Not Sell" link.
California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" of their personal information under CCPA. Here is what those terms actually mean.
DEFINITION
"Personal information" under CCPA
Under the CCPA, personal information includes information not necessarily tied directly to your identity but which may be associated with your device — such as IP addresses, web cookies, web beacons, and mobile Ad IDs.
DEFINITION
"Sale" under CCPA
"Sale" is broadly defined to include not just selling for money, but also sharing or transferring personal information in exchange for anything of value — covering a much wider set of exchanges.
NOT A SALE
Exceptions — not considered a sale
- Consumer-directed disclosures: when you direct us to disclose your information.
- Change of control: transfers as part of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy.
NOT SHARING
Exceptions — not considered sharing
- Consumer-directed disclosures.
- Service provider / contractor transfers (the service provider exception).
- Change of control transactions.
SECTION 03
Do we "sell" or "share" your data?
Here is an honest breakdown of our data practices and how they map to the CCPA/CPRA definitions.
We never sell your identity
We do not sell information that directly identifies you — your name, address, or email address — to anyone.
Service provider sharing
Under the service provider exception, we share some personal information with contracted providers (e.g. technical support, payments, fraud prevention, legal compliance) who are bound to use it solely for those services.
Digital analytics & advertising
Like most commercial websites and apps, we use online analytics to detect bugs, measure usage, understand interactions, and perform advertising. The CPRA's broad definitions may deem some of this a "sale."
How we conduct analyses
We contract with parties that place tags, cookies, beacons, and tracking mechanisms on our sites and apps — for example, retargeting ads after a visit, or real-time bidding using cookies or mobile Ad IDs.
For mobile apps: You can opt out of analytics-based advertising by upgrading to a paid version of the product, or by uninstalling it. Regardless of your website opt-out choice, you may still see ads that do not involve the sale of your personal information.
When we do NOT treat it as a sale
Where we can reasonably ensure via contract that a third party will use a cookie or device identifier solely to provide the specific service we requested — and won't use or share the data for other purposes — we do not treat that as a sale. Most analytics providers meet this standard.
When we DO treat it as a sale or sharing
In some cases we are not in complete control of how identifiers are used by third parties (common in online advertising). When we cannot confirm the service provider exception applies, we treat the sharing as a "sale" or "sharing with third parties."
SECTION 04
How we maintain your choice.
Your opt-out preference is stored differently depending on whether you are using our websites or mobile apps.
Our websites
- Cookie-based Do Not Sell settings are specific to the site you are visiting.
- The setting only works if your browser accepts cookies.
- Clearing browser cookies erases this setting — you will need to reset it after clearing.
Mobile apps
Android
Android apps use mobile Advertising IDs, not cookies. Your Advertising ID can be reset or turned off in your device settings depending on your Android version.
iOS
Your Advertising ID can be turned off in iOS system settings. Set your preference locally on the device — the setting persists until you change it or clear app data.
Check your device settings regularly to ensure preferences reflect your current choice.
