CHAPTER I

Labour.

We uphold the human rights of all workers and treat every person with dignity and respect in accordance with international standards. This covers permanent, temporary, contract, and student workers.

No Discrimination
We do not discriminate based on race, colour, age, gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, political affiliation, union membership, national origin, or marital status.
No Involuntary Labour
We do not use forced, bonded, indentured, or exploitative prison labour. Workers have full freedom of movement and are not forced to surrender identification except where required by law.
No Child Labour
Minimum age is 18, or the higher of the legal working age or completion of compulsory education in the applicable country.
Student & Apprentice Labour
All student and apprentice workers receive appropriate training and are paid at least local minimum wage — equal to entry-level workers performing similar duties.
CHAPTER II

Working conditions.

We value a healthy, happy workforce and are committed to legal and ethical working conditions throughout our supply chain.

Working Hours
Hours must not exceed 60 per week including overtime. Workers are entitled to at least one day off per week, in compliance with all applicable local laws.
Wages & Benefits
Payment must meet or exceed statutory minimums. Overtime is paid at a premium. Wage deductions as disciplinary measures are prohibited. Payment must be timely and comprehensible.
Freedom of Association
Workers have the right to associate freely, join organisations, seek representation, and bargain collectively without interference.
No Harsh Treatment
Sexual or verbal harassment, corporal punishment, and mental or physical coercion are strictly prohibited in all forms.
CHAPTER III

Occupational health & safety.

We are committed to safe and healthy workplaces through integrated health and safety management across all operations.

Occupational Safety
Identify hazards from chemical, biological, and physical agents. Provide appropriate controls and PPE. Workers may refuse unsafe work without fear of retaliation.
Emergency Preparedness
Maintain emergency plans, documented procedures, regular fire drills, clearly marked exits, and accessible first-aid supplies at all times.
Injury & Illness Management
Implement systems to track, report, and manage workplace injuries and illnesses, including return-to-work policies and root-cause analysis.
Physical Work
Measure and actively manage worker exposure to heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and highly repetitive tasks to prevent ergonomic injuries.
Facilities
Provide clean toilets, safe drinking water, sanitary food preparation areas, and — where applicable — safe living quarters with proper heating, ventilation, and exits.
Communication & Training
All workers must receive clear information and regular training on health and safety hazards relevant to their role.
CHAPTER IV

Business conduct & ethics.

We uphold the highest ethical standards in all business dealings and expect the same from every partner and supplier.

Business Integrity
Zero tolerance for corruption, bribery, extortion, and embezzlement. Full compliance with UN and OECD anti-corruption conventions.
No Conflict of Interest
Conflicts of interest must be avoided and disclosed. Gifts must be of low value and customary — no gifts that could influence business decisions.
Transparent Dealings
All financial records must be honest and accurate. Falsification or misrepresentation of any business record is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
Respect all intellectual property rights. Protect confidential information belonging to customers, suppliers, and business partners.
Privacy
Protect all personal information handled in the course of business. Comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations in every jurisdiction.
Fair Dealings
Promote fair business practices, honest advertising, and healthy competition standards in all commercial dealings.
CHAPTER V

Environment.

We are committed to environmental sustainability across all processes and expect the same commitment from our supply chain.

Responsible Management
Reduce harmful environmental impacts through sustainable design, recycling programmes, energy efficiency improvements, and emission control across all operations.
Identifying & Managing Risks
Manage all hazardous substances responsibly. Provide workers with training on associated environmental and health risks.
Permits & Registrations
Obtain and maintain all required environmental permits. Develop an Environmental Management System compliant with ISO 14001 or equivalent standard.
CHAPTER VI

Conflict minerals.

We take a firm stance against sourcing minerals that fund armed conflict.

Zero tolerance policy

We do not support armed groups involved in human rights abuses in the Democratic Republic of Congo or any adjoining countries.

All suppliers must comply with applicable conflict minerals regulations and provide full supply chain transparency for minerals including:

Tin (Sn)Tantalum (Ta)Tungsten (W)Gold (Au)
CHAPTER VII

Management systems.

Suppliers must implement management systems to identify and mitigate risks, comply with applicable laws, and uphold these guidelines.

Management Responsibility
Senior management is directly accountable for compliance. Systems are reviewed regularly to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
Legal Requirements
Continuous monitoring and understanding of all relevant laws and regulations is mandatory for all suppliers and contractors.
Modern Slavery Due Diligence
Supply chains must confirm zero involvement in modern slavery. Due diligence and ongoing monitoring procedures are required of all partners.
Modern Slavery Reporting
Notify MyCleanOne immediately upon suspicion of any violations. Annual statements must be provided by 31st May each year.
Whistleblowing
A 24/7 confidential whistleblower hotline is available for reporting ethical concerns or violations. All reporters are fully protected against retaliation.
Auditing & Monitoring
MyCleanOne may conduct announced or unannounced audits, including document reviews and on-site visits, at any time.
Investigating
Full cooperation is required in all investigations. Corrective actions may be mandated, and contractual relationships may be terminated for serious breaches.
Training
Suppliers must provide training on relevant laws and risks, maintain complete training records, and make these available to MyCleanOne on request.
Remedial Actions
MyCleanOne and its supply chain will work collaboratively on corrective actions to resolve incidents or risks. Persistent serious breaches can result in contract termination.
